General Services Contract

Dock Digital Services is a well-known and established photo layout company that provides services to both small and large businesses. It specializes in providing layout and developmental offerings. We primarily work online, or via the Internet. We have 24 hour a day, 7 day a week availability schedules. After you place an order with us and it is processed, we will assign you a team of creative, experienced, and professional designers who can work quickly to complete the task at hand within the allotted time. You can also rest easy knowing that you will receive a distinctive and endearing logo, website content, banner, and/or other service that you hire us for.

Assurance of Quality

Dock Digital Services has so far helped a variety of agencies sell their logos in the marketplace by providing them with eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing designs. We are happy to state that our team of designers is incredibly passionate, creative, and experienced.

Complete Refund Promise

Early samples and principles are created for the project in accordance with the client's brief. If you submit an order to Dock Digital Services and you no longer meet the following requirements, you may expect to receive your money back

• The initial samples did not meet the client's requirements
• The customer provides feedback by proposing modifications.
• remains dormant for 60 days.

Money-Back Status

- Clients are able to ask for a complete refund.

- The money-back promise is not enforceable.

The money-returned guarantee offer is void, but Dock Digital Services may still investigate and maintain it at its discretion.

If the parties are unable to come to an agreement and money is returned, the patron might not be permitted to use any of the goods we provided and might not have any possession rights in those artworks.

Contract of Shipment

We are completely aware that time is of the essence and that it is especially important in the business world. As a result, we guarantee that within 48-72 hours, the preliminary principles may be provided to you. Remember that we provide our clients with both the final, approved documents and the preliminary guidelines via email.

If Dock Digital Services is unable to complete your order because of unanticipated circumstances, Dock Digital Services is not always liable for not meeting the deadline

You will be issued a complete refund if Dock Digital Services refuses to process your order after it has been submitted because of unjustifiable circumstances.

You will receive a full refund in advance if Dock Digital Services rejects or cancels your order for any reason other than your breach of contract or Dock Digital Services's non-performance.

We do not create or develop anything that encourages or is connected to child pornography, nudity, or pornography. Direct orders placed through the Internet for adult content will be canceled, as stated.
